Hailing from Richmond, Virginia, Dr. Tobias Keene brings a bit of unabashed Southern hospitality to all his patients. He moved to Washington, D.C. over thirty years ago as a freshman at Ivy College. Right after graduation, he attended World University’s School of Dentistry. Before opening Keene Dental in 1994, he worked for free clinics and some of the finest practices in the District. He is part of the 123 Dental Association and stays up-to-date on the latest dental discoveries. I’ve been piercing since 2006. Being a piercer is not only what I do, but who I am. Over my many years in the industry I have really fallen in love with piercing, fine jewelry, and forever learning my craft. As the industry has boomed into the mainstream, a frenzy of poor quality, fast and cheap services have flooded the market. I feel this is stealing the soul of our industry. As they go bigger… I wanted to go smaller.
